Patient Liaison - Dallas, TX

Do you have exceptional professional communication skills and a knack for developing relationships with future and existing patients?  Do you have experience working with patients with a variety of treatment and financial payment options?  If so, Cranial Technologies may be the right place for you!

Cranial Technologies, located in Tempe, manufactures the DOC Band®, a customized medical device that reshapes babies’ heads. You would be an important part of a team that changes babies’ lives by reshaping their heads.

We are currently looking for a very special person to work for a very special company.  We’re not going to bore you with the usual laundry list of predictable requirements and responsibilities that you see in most ads. Sure, we have them. What’s more important to us than those laundry lists is the passionate desire and demonstrated skill needed to build relationships with future and existing patients.

As our Patient Liaison, you’ll guide newly referred patients through the evaluation and pre-treatment phases at our Dallas, TX treatment center. You’ll also serve as the link connecting the referring pediatrician with our insurance personnel to insure the patient begins treatment as quickly and easily as possible.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Providing quality patient care every step of the process
• Explaining the treatment process in easy-to-understand ways
• Identifying needs by answering parent questions to determine any treatment concerns
• Scheduling and screening patients during the evaluation process.
• Helping parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition
• Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience.
• Analyzing current referral trends in order to provide monthly reports to clinic management and Clinical Sales Representatives in territory.
• Assisting Clinical Sales Representatives with miscellaneous marketing duties

 

Our clinic is located in the heart of Dallas, easily accessible from 635, I-35, Dallas North Tollway and Hwy. 75. The Galleria, North Park Mall and Medical City Hospital are all 10 minutes away. Our clinic is on the ground level and is the largest of CranialTech's clinics.
